Cancellation and Refund Policy for Attendees:
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering.

Cancellations received on or before June 10, 2026: Registrants who cancel on or before June 10, 2026, will receive a full refund of their registration fee, minus any credit card processing fees incurred during the original transaction.
Cancellations received after June 10, 2026: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellation requests received after June 10, 2026. Registration fees are non-refundable after this date.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation and refund, please contact Dr. Alan Yan at yannnothere@gmail.com with your registration confirmation number and contact information. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your cancellation request and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee at no additional charge by notifying us prior to the conference date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Sponsors:
Thank you for your commitment to supporting the Mt. Rushmore Diabetic Foot Reconstruction Forum. Please review our sponsorship cancellation policy carefully before finalizing your sponsorship agreement.

No Refunds: All sponsorship commitments are final. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for sponsorship cancellations, as sponsorship revenue is allocated well in advance of the conference to secure venue space, materials, marketing and other essential conference components.

Sponsorship Benefits: Sponsors will receive all contracted benefits associated with their sponsorship level, including recognition in conference materials, signage and promotional communications, as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
