The Foundation Behind the Forum
The Mt. Rushmore Diabetic Foot Forum is one of the H&H Foundation’s premier educational initiatives. The event brings together leading experts from across specialties to address the most challenging aspects of diabetic limb preservation, reconstruction and long-term patient care.
